Always great to see the funniest person I've seen on KZfaq upload❤. People who served in the military and come back once finished with their contracts, they have to adjust to being back home which is sad and hurts to see that being the case because of psychological problems they live with after serving their terms. The "crazy" neighbor probably still suffers from the mental trauma he has from his time serving in the military. Blaring music may be his way of escaping and helps to deal with his messed up sleep schedule which is common in people who suffer from PTSD. But hopefully he sees how he needs to find better ways to help himself. Nevertheless, have a wonderful Christmas and a happy New Year to the goofiest auditor in all of Tennessee🌟😊(who works in Government).
