We bumped into Little Mike at the 2017 TAP Championships in Orleans Casino Las Vegas, NV. He created his own aiming system and it is easy and accurate. Just have to get comfortable with it.
In this video, I talk about how he became my pool coach.
It also shows that I picked him to win the TAP 8 Ball Singles Championships. I followed him thru every match he played.
He shows why I made the right choice of choosing him as my coach.
If you like our videos, please hit the LIKE & SUBSCRIBE button.
Come back to see my training and how I progress.
I will be a feared pool player in the very near future.

Dirty Mike or Little Mike, whatever you call him, he is world class. What a talent! I learn so much just watching him. Incredible cue action. Most of his balls go into the middle of the pocket. His cue action and split the difference aiming system has made me the envy of many players at the local pub I play. They saw an overnight change in my play. In 8 ball matches overnight after learning from these videos, I started downing 5, 6 or all of them in one visit. Before I would be slow taking a shot. Now I am shooting fast and this change comes from my confidence and security I feel using Mike’s system. I am no longer nervous on pressure shots or thin cuts. I used to be inconsistent. Now the players fear giving me a chance at the table. I am laughing my head off internally, “if only they care to watch these videos!” Others who I have revealed these videos to just couldn’t get around it. But you know the problem is their cue action, it’s faulty. They jab at the ball, no follow through and keep their eyes on the cue ball instead of the object ball on the final stroke. I keep telling them to follow through and look at the object ball but they are unable to change because it has become a chronic muscle memory! Poor bastards.

Everything Mike says he does. Some people's just can't visualize what Mike is saying and doing. It's what we called 'the third eye'. Mike and I grew up together at the same time in different spaces n places. We would've played together One pocket for sure. It's the master of all games on tables with pockets.

He seems like such a nice character, although his appearance might hint otherwise, he is the perfect proof of the saying 'dont judge the book by its cover', I can't thank you..well him..enough for the split the difference system, its just unbelievable!! Wish him all the health and happiness with pool he can get!

Thank my dude and to Mike just made life better I bought a house and it had a old CC Steepleton table in it I’ve been practicing my tail off every second I can and your videos sent my confidence to the next level. Still not making every ball I should but 95%of time it’s me not staying down on shot or rushing thinking it was easy but it will come with more hours, but once again thank you thank you one more thing love how you got your girl playing at young age I have a 6 year old girl that is at the table with me 80% of time your a good dude god bless

Cool story thanks for sharing!! Going to start messing around with split the difference, very interesting system. CTE seems like you need a doctorate and ten thousand hours to figure out where this seems intuitive and obviously effective.

Great video-watched all the others you’ve posted on training. Excellent. I have played for 9years. I have tried CTE, the SEE shadow system, the quarter system, Hal Houle shishkab system, and copied Cowboy Jimmy Moore’s aiming system. This system works exremely well. Glad you made the effort to show it to us all.

Played my first match today using Mike's system. I missed some makeable shots, but I didn't quit on the method and I won my match. I need practice with the system, but it is good. Keep the videos coming and use a lot of explanation of the physics behind just why the system works.

Ken, this is good stuff. Since watching you and Mike, I have decided to try his system. Day 1 I was amazed. Everything I hit was going in. Since then, I've had days where I can do it and days where I cannot do it. Obviously I still do not have the technique conquered, but I will keep plugging because I do like it. I'm experimenting with aiming at the top of the O.B. and at the bottom of the O.B. Finding that three/quarter spot is where I am screwing up, but I'm still committed. CTE and ETE shots are awesome. I am making balls that I used to consider 40% possibilities at least 80% of the time. Thanks for introducing Little Mike to my world. P.S. Your daughter is a beautiful kid, must get it from mom huh? LOL.
@johnpayne8194
@johnpayne8194 5 жыл бұрын
Ken, an added question, I think I am supposed to pivot from the butt end of the cue, correct. In other words, it's as if the tip is frozen in place, and the butt swings, not the opposite, and not a mid stick pivot, correct? Of course I notice that doing it this way seems to impart some spin. Is this correct?

Ty for sharing this, i am practicing this aiming process. 1 question. You line up straight on object ball, then pivot to 3/4, at that point do you also shift your target on object ball to 3/4 location, or still aim straight on?
@FaDaVlogs
@FaDaVlogs 6 жыл бұрын

the first time i saw him (Mike) play was just a few days ago against Max Eberle, (the video got cut) I did not see who won. However my comment was "I thought the way he was playing was a little "dirty" and then saw that was his nickname LOL. NOW I KNOW he is just a good player-period.
@johnpayne8194
@johnpayne8194 5 жыл бұрын
I don't even know what "Dirty" pool is. When I was a kid, it would be hiding the cue ball, which I learned is simply a safety shot, and a part of the game, like an intentional walk in baseball, or grounding the ball in football.
@johnpayne8194
@johnpayne8194 5 жыл бұрын
Oops. Sorry, Ken, one more thought/tip; Like you I am sometimes not sure if the shot is a Split or an Edge shot, so what I do is, aim using my old method (ghost ball), and see where my tip is pointing, then, I start over from center ball and use the system that I know will bring me to that point, i.e., Split or CTE or ETE.

Man you have like fifty videos on this “aiming system” and you never ever explain the pivot. It doesn’t work. You’re either pivoting just the cue stick which puts unintended spin on the ball or you’re pivoting your whole body which doesn’t even make sense. I don’t get it and I’ve searched the comments and watched every single video you have.
