Why oh why do Filipino Real Estate agents ALWAYS, I mean ALWAYS, skip the most important and the FIRST thing that potential buyers want to know. THE PRICE. Filipino real estate agents are shady agents. NOT trust worthy in my opinion.

Pede naman Cguro na Sabihin that this particular unit is no longer available but identical layout and square footage minus the upgrade cost , for example 18 million pesos. Therefore, the viewers and subscribers has an idea if it’s affordable for them. 🤗
