You don't have to throw away dirty cups!! You can clean them easily with denture cleaning tables (you just have to leave the tablet mixed with water for at least 10-15 min)

Try putting a small amount of bleach into your coffee mug and fill to the top with cool water. Let this soak for half an hour minimum and wash the cup, scrubbing well. Bleach breaks down caffeine stains ✌️

Receta de hoy para pasar el frío a la chilena: Trabajar desde casa (si es que se puede). Sopas de carne con sémola y espinaca (como las que preparaba mamá), pasta integral con salsa bolognesa y queso, ensalada de repollo, zanahoria y aguacate con salsa de limón. Si queda espacio (en el estómago 🤣🤣🤣) manzana rallada con kefir, un tecito o café (la glotona: con un trocito de pan 🤣🤣🤣) Nota: Las porciones son medianas o pequeñas, ocupo pocillos no platos que parecen pista de baile ja ja ja)

Un poco de mayonesa no ace daño,😂 la cebollas con el brote se puede comer prefectamente se quita el brote y a la sarten.como cocinero te recomiendo que desconjeles el pollo en un plato y fuera de la blosa de plástico. que tengas una buena tarde.buenos dias desde España 👌

also love Uniqlo brand, but for me is expensive. Ah! You can clean your mug with a strong sponge, here we call them "nanas", they are made of steel, I think. Hope it can be helpful.
