Hello from USA Hats off to you for having so much energy to film a video, edit it and post it after your work. You make everything look so easy and interesting . I especially like when you film around the city and grocery store. Here if we are tired and don’t want to cook, may be after studying or workout or job then we just eat a bowl of cereal with milk and go to bed lol. May be add a banana to the cereal too . Then according to us it’s a complete meal. Haha

I also work night shifts. After work, it depends. Sometimes i don’t eat anything if i don't feel hungry. If i do eat, i try to keep it light, like a slice of toast and 2 boiled egss, might add some avocado as well, if i have it. If i eat a big meal, then i can't sleep because my stomach hurts. Glad you enjoyed your beef bowl! It looked delicious!

Back in 2018 there was a Yoshinoya where I lived. It has since closed. I ate there almost everyday! 😅 I love everything in the menu. Watching you get confused at what to eat... I can emphatise 😅

I like sleeping in my car too! I usually do it at lunchtime while at work. I wake up feeling refreshed and ready to work the rest of my day!

3:03 from France, after work, for me when i go home for 6PM, it's beer time, with salts snacks, and after this, we take a moment for prepare (if you're not busy or tied (: ) Picard frozen meal, or any frozen meals. Japanese's daily meals are better health than French daily products at supermarket.

When I was in Japan, I went to Sukiya and ate delicious Gyudon. It’s a very underrated meal! I wish I tried Yoshinoya’s chain as well.

If I’m really hungry and tired after work, I’ll go to the supermarket on my way home and see if they have any end-of-the-day specials on their ready-to-go meals (sandwiches, sausage rolls, roast chicken, fried chips), or I’ll buy a filling drink like flavoured milk (strawberry is my favourite flavour 🍓 🥛). Or, if I have the energy to cook just a little, I’ll go for canned soup or instant noodles 🤔 Lovely to see your content again, I hope you enjoyed camping in your car! Hugs from 🇦🇺

Here where I'm from, in NYC, I'd sometimes would make myself some Sausage Curry from scratch; while on other days I would make various dishes such as Fried Fish, Ochazuke, Mochi, etc. I usually do my grocery shopping in the Japanese food market; just to make sure that I get some Wagashi and Genmaicha to enjoy as well.

I work in the afternoon from 14:00 to 22:00 so when I arrive at home I have dinner (and everyday is different deppending on what I want to eat). I also eat a sandwich during my recess time around 18:00 o clock. Many people hate working during the afternoon but I love it because I can go late to sleep (around 2 or 3am) and I don't have to wake up early hhahahaha I wake up at 10-11am

Nice videos!! well I'm from latinamerica (Perú) and we usually eat anything with rice (that is much drier than japanese) and potatoes, no matter the meal, everything is served with rice or potatoes lol. I hope to be in japan someday again!!

Actually, I don't want to do the cooking Chores after finish working. So I always buy foods from restaurant or using food delivering app. Beef rice bowl is also one of the foods I often eat. It's affordable and delicious, making it perfect section for lunch or supper. ps: I think the roast beef rice set meal at Matsuya is the best. I eat it almost every time when I travel to Japan. Maybe you can try it next time😉

I also work night shifts. 6 in a month, every two weeks 3 nightshifts. I eat or drink nothing after my shift so i dont have to wake up to go to the toilet. I go straight to bed :)
