Your cucumbers are not gold. You know you don’t have to use all of them right? You know that more cucumbers will continue growing right? Unless the laws of physics and the space time continuum has changed you will continue to harvest cucumbers. Stop being greedy. You don’t have to use up every single one and stress yourself for no reason. U and ur family waste the food u cook that is supposedly so good all the time this is no different

I sit it in a strainer for the day under a container and add ginger and lime juice to it and have even more juice.

Those cucumbers are too ripe they will be bitter, letting you know so you’re not surprised after you taste it. You gotta harvest earlier, if you end up w/too many cucumbers share them with your family. Everyone loves fresh veggies and fruits.

I’ve never seen anyone add sugar or anything processed to a juice that’s supposed to be healthy! If the juice needs sweetening, usually one would add a fruit or vegetable such as an apple, pineapple, carrots, etc.
