Just a general tip, not just for dieting- Tomatoes are rich in oxalates.. Which can form stones in your kidney. So to flush that out, you need to have more water than usual. Drink up! 👍🏻

you should only have potato on second day for breakfast...thats all!!!! its full of starch..you will see better results if you refrain from it others times!!!

man. you are one of the most hardworking person ive ever seen. it takes a hell lot of guts to BE HONEST enough to disclose how much you weigh in front of the whole world and hands down so much of self love, my god this is very very motivating. ill surely try this after my ramadan gets over. and girl, you have no clue how motivating you are. keep goig there, were here to support you. #SelfLove love youuu loadsss mannn.

from day 1 to day 6 you followed as per the instructions but day 7 you eat big bowl of rice which should be small cup of brown rice , also potatoes allowed only on day 2.. and you didnt do a weight check to see how much you lost

This GM diet is good for detoxfying the body but not for weight loss. When u r on strict calorie deficit u will loose water, muscle & fat. But, wht is required is to loose only fat. If you are looking for long term results this will not help.

Saar a hey..sorry for the late reply so it did work bt not as much as I wanted it to bt it can b bcoz I dint stick to the food items on 5th & 6th diet..but I lost 4.5kg instead of 8 and now I jus wanna keep it off😂

Saar a I have had joined gyms in the past and even managed to lose weight bt I regained it faster after the gym bcoz I dint stick to the regime.Its always easy for me to lose bt keeping it off is my problem and also my belly I can never lose my belly fats so this time its my ultimate goal to lose that belly fat for once and all.

Hi shreya.. Have you taken this diet from dietician? When i did my GM diet i ate only 1 potato on day 2. I was 10 kgs overweight also for the soup i used cabbage. Your diet is slightly different so just trying to check. 😊

hi shreya... would like to tell you that, GM diet will show immediate results but they wouldn't be for longer period. Doctors suggest us to intake all vitamins nd proteins nd carbs which are required for a day. So please have a note on your weight and also check if u r feeling weak any time. this is from my personal experience... stay healthy beauty!!!

yeah i think this z nt r8. but shreya is ok wt tht n i knw she knws very well wats r8. n she working very hard n also she hs lost much weight.even i ws suffering frm weight problm but i work hard do yoga n walking n really nw weight is undercontrol.

Its my day 1 and i am 80 kgs...i am starting my day with 1 apple and 2 glass of water also after 1 hr i have did 20 mins of cycle and post workout i will be having a glass of water and will be having a bowl of watermelon at 12 and at 3 had a orange and at 6 ate a bowl of watermelon and eve i have did 20 mins of cycle and at night ate a bowl of watermelon in total i have had 14 glass of water...will update on next day😉

but gm diet have so many side effects also I'm facing them too much hair fall and irregularity in periods too much hormonal changes, insomnia too,dark circles so plz plz plz take care it's not gud

my friend did that...it's not good..initially it make you loose weight but after sometime one gains again this diet was banned..because the body needs nutrition .you should read the book of rituja dewakar...loose your weight not mine...my bhabi lost 15 kgs just being in normal home cookedfood

Hey shreya congrats on the weight loss Your skin was really glowing by the end of the diet However as per the diet you are not supposed to eat that many potatoes Potatoes are only allowed as the first meal on day two to kick start the fat burning process. I think you will probably drop much more weight if u eliminate the potatoes the next time

hi i did gm diet bit i could not loose a single pound in first 4 days previously i used to loose weight one thing is that i used to have a cup of tea woth fat free milk is thay the reason that i did nit loose weight??first day i had an apple and water melon with kiwi and some pineapple day 2 i had vegetable soup mixed but had chicken cubes in it 2 3 cups all day dinner 2 carrots day 3 i had apple breakfast same soup lunch and dinner with some kiwi day four i had 2 glasses of milk and 3 bananas so far this but i did not loose a single pound i cant uderstand why also i do exercise 1 hr brisk walk with jilian michelle 30 day shred plz plz plz help

I would like to know the substitute of tomatoes. i just hate them and puke after k eat raw tomatoes. *tried once in the gm diet* Tomato soup however is bearable.

Hey just had one question for day 4 when you have to have milk n bananas can we put something in the milk as I can't have plain milk and ya any alternative for bananas as I really dont like bananas!pls reply

helpful..i tried it once...n den continued with workouts. der is a noticeable diffrnce in my body. Such diet cn be a temporary solution(as u hv mentioned too)Long term fitness comes from developing a daily routine of healthy habits. N yes exercise is smdng to cling on.

Hey shreya I have been watching your videos and I have got a question for u, If I am not mistaken u do have pcos, and as per I believe losing weight with pcos is really hard. I am struggling to lose weight, I am hypothyroidism , and not sure whether I have pcos or not, I might have it, will get it checked , but I just canttttttttt lose weight. I eat healthy and clean and still cannot lose weight. I was wondering if u have an answer to it . I am getting married in 4 months and I desperately wanna lose 13-14kgs weight please help

Hi! you have got really cool videos.Just wanted to put somethings out there,watermelons contain around 90% of waterrice is made of starch you cannot drain starch out of ricecarrots have negligible amount of vitamin C.No hate though.take care :)
