Pumpkin Protein Chia Pudding
- 1 cup milk
- 1 scoop protein powder
- 2 tbsp pumpkin puree
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1 tbsp maple syrup / vanilla
- 3 tbsp chia seeds
Directions:
- First combine milk and protein powder (if using a container with lid, can also shake together to mix)
- Add in the rest of the ingredients, stir
- Place in fridge for 2 hours or overnight
- Enjoy with favorite toppings - I like coconut yogurt, cinnamon and crushed almonds! :)

I’m so happy to see you out walking with Nalia at the park. I remember telling you when you were walking during your pregnancy that I did that during my pregnancies also….and now my sons are 24 and 32 and we still walk together as often as possible. It’s such a good bonding time in nature.❤

Hallo Annie, ein schöner Vlog und Nalia ist so süß. Ich weiß nicht, ob das hier schonmal angesprochen wurde, aber es kann kritisch gesehen werden, sein Kind online zu zeigen. Zudem offenbarst du wo und wie lange ihr spazieren seid. Leider gibt es seltsame Leute mit unschönen Absichten die sich Vlogs mit kleinen Kindern anschauen. Vielleicht hast du dir darüber auch schon Gedanken gemacht, ich wollte das mit meinem Kommentar nochmal anstoßen. Ich schaue dich seit einigen Jahren und mag deine Videos sehr :)

Thanks Annie, I’ve been asking for your styling routine. You’ve sold me on the Redken acidic bonding shampoo and conditioner! I’m going to try the rough blow dry upside down and then smoothing out with a round brush around the face and to finish off the look. My hair is frizzy so it may not work but hey, we’ll try! I’ve been on a quest to reduce breakage and keep the length of my hair without it snapping off. I’m lucky in that my hair grows fast but I’m definitely guilty of too much heat and colouring!
