We decided on a Wren kitchen, shaker style country kitchen with a corner pantry and an island, cream and natural oak surfaces! I like it ! Not quite finished yet! We’re 8 weeks in 🙈xxxx

Your videos have a calming effect and how patiently you wait to weigh after 2 weeks and how pleased and grateful you look on loosing slowly yet gradually. I wish i can enjoy my weight loss journey instead of feeling frustrated by not seeing scales move in right direction. Anyways, im a new sub to this channel, can you please share again your reason to switch from SW to NC. I did same because stopped loosing with SW. Thats why im keen to know what was your why to join NC. THANKS in advance.

Thanks lovely. I switched over as I found I was always rebounding so I would lose a few stone stop slimming world as I never got to target and I was fed up of paying each week when I stopped losing weight. Regained and then repeated. I got frustrated by the quirky rules like Neville’s bread being a healthy B but other bread with the same calories etc would not be. I also think it creates unhealthy habits - at least for me. Thinking of foods being good and bad and seeing the volumes of food people eat just because it’s “free”. I have found calorie counting to be fairly freeing so if I am out I can still have what I like as long as I count the calories and balance it over the week. The weigh ins every two weeks mean that I am not constantly thinking about my weight and more about my overall health. Thanks for watching xx
