I had a lovely time with family and my boyfriend, and spent a lot of time in nature, journalling, cooking my favourite meals and going on walks (: see u next time ~~~

Happy birthday Leah! As an introvert I feel the same way for my birhday. I feel overwhelmed from all the attention from my family and friends, it feels good to be loved but also I don´t like to be the center of attention. But I´ve learned to enjoy having time with my loved ones and to be thankful in my birhday.

happy birthday sweet Leah! I can definitely relate with what you said about gatherings and people asking questions, it can be draining! I remember when I was 21, I was starting a career which I thought was my dream. I don't work in that field anymore & I have realized that we shouldn't worry too too much about the future. Things change, we change. I used to get anxious about the future but now I am living in ''the future'' I was worrying about & everything is ok!

Happy birthday or in welsh Pen-blwydd hapus i ti! I love walking in nature, I love watching the cygnets and mummy and daddy swans in the local fish pond, sometimes I see deer and squirrels in the wood. One thing I haven't seen this year is squirrels in the wood I usually take my doggo to, and there hasn't been the salmon in the river which runs through the town. Such a shame. I have seen shrews and large beetles as well. The small animals matter just as much

Im 21 as well and since my 20th birthday it’s felt kids different, life feels like I’m trying to be an adult but still feel like a little girl inside, my bday always feels a little blue but I can’t help to get the feeling that I get a lil old each year, and kinda hate the feeling of time slipping away! so you’re not alone, us insightful girlies are on this together

Hi! I'm 19 and I feel the same way too. The more I progress from late teens towards 20s I feel more and more anxious. Like time is slipping away and I can't catch up. Glad that I'm not alone ^^
