Once you have 4 or more kids it's really difficult getting the younger ones off the bottle. I've gone through this same thing. 4 of my kids are grown and my youngest is 14. The day before you take the bottles go out to the Dollar Store or Walmart and buy both kiddos a new sippy cup(with a straw or plastic spout. No nipples!) a small blanket, a small stuffed animal, and two giftbags. These items are going to be their new comfort items, since they'll no longer have the bottle for comfort. Then you'll explain that the bottle fairy is coming to pick up bottles for the little babies who need them, because they are big kids now. Have your youngest two throw all their bottles in a bag and let them help you tie it shut. Explain that you have to put them in the mailbox and that once the bottle fairy picks them up she'll leave them a special surprise. Have them walk outside with you and put the bag in the mailbox(if you have a big enough mailbox) if it's not big enough try to hang the bag somewhere on it. Then you all say bye bye baba's or whatever you call them. Once the kids are preoccupied/have gone down for a nap/quiet time sneak out and get the bag and hide it out of sight. You'll then put the giftbags by the front door. Once you're ready act really excited and tell them the bottle fairy came and took all the bottles and she left them presents. Let each of them grab their bag and go through it. The more excited and hyped up you are, the better. The first 2 to 3 nights/nap times won't be super fun, but you'll be on your way to no more bottles. Your almost 4 yr old daughter may be the one who will be upset the most. Just give extra hugs and snuggles. The new items usually work really well for comfort, especially the blankie and/or the stuffed animal. You got this mama!! ❤️

I had my babies throw their bottom the garbage themselves between 18-24 months. We’d say “All gone” and “bottles are for babies” it worked for all 3 of my daughters and my 2 grand babies! Happy New Year! ❤️❤️

My husband and I just started sitting outside at night to look at the stars and spend time alone. Sometimes our oldest joins. It is awesome! We also share a scripture verse to focus on. My youngest is 19 months old but he still has a bottle at night luckily I’ve broken him at naps but bed has been a pain in ass he’s up until 3/4 am

As a first time mom I've been freaking out that my 18month old will only drink milk from a bottle since the doctor said get rid of it immediately and Im so relieved to hear you still give your kids bottles and obviously they're completely fine
