Thank you for this video. This is my fourth pregnancy. This is exactly how I feel. Another thing I feel is when I try to rest and constantly get woken up by my kids I get really bad anxiety….. heart racing , shaky hands, feeling sad and restless and even more nausea. It was hard with all of my kids but I guess while having little kids and pregnant and sick feels absolutely horrible.

i appreciate your maturity and calm energy in your baby videos i refuse to watch the drama ones that only bring fear to new mamas about stuff. the music is relaxing too while watching and your kiddos side by side on the big bed getting ready is so cute! 🥰

Thank you for making this and thank you everyone for the comments. This makes me feel less alone and less dramatic. I’m an A type personality, work full time, run several start ups, exercise and sleep average 6.5 hours per night just fine.. then I got pregnant and omg have I been humbled… I’m so TIRED… I can’t bring myself to answer the phone. Everytime someone asks me to do a stretch project at work I want to punch them in the face. My poor boyfriend is dealing with my neediness constantly 😅 Im always hungry but also always sick. This SUCKS. I can work 80 hour weeks no problem but this .. THIS … this is a struggle. 😂

I'm crying as i'm writing this. 31, employ(still managing. My fiancee called off wedding and told me to abort 12 weeks pregnant. He said he doesn't want anything to do with me or the baby. This was the preson that asked us to keep it initially. This is Africa,there is nothing I can do. His family never reach out me even after telling them to make him take up some responsibilities. He hasn't even call me once. Makes me wonder of he ever loved me? I'm 20weeks +, afraid of what the future is about. I'm scared i might not give the best to the baby. Though my family and friends have been so supportive but I cry most times. I hope my strength doesn't fail me.

Thank you for sharing. How do you minimize washings of breast pumps since its 3 hourly? I find it difficult with frequent washing and sterilising to keep it in time....
@rachanahallАй бұрын
You can keep the equipment that has direct contact with your breast milk in the fridge after pumping for the day, and clean it/sterilize that equipment the following day :)

New mama's, I just want to stress what she said in the beginning. This is what worked for her because of her body and her milk production. For contrast, if i emptied out my breast every time after I breastfed I would have been even more engorged and it would've been so dangerous for me because I was an over producer (which she addresses around the 16 minute mark). Just making this comment for the people who don't watch videos all the way through. ❤

My best friend has PCOS and has had serious problems since she was 14. She has a VERY longstanding relationship with her doctor because of all her past problems, so when she decided to start her family with her husband, she and her doctor created a 12 month plan to attempt to get pregnant. Her and her husband tried for three weeks and she got pregnant 😂 it honestly threw all of us for a loop, we were prepared and praying to get through this long journey and BAM! Haha. You just never know, it was clearly God’s time!

Almost subscribed until you said "every pregnant person." Only women get pregnant. If you as a woman cannot value yourself and give yourself enough credit for being a woman, then it's a shame. It's a shame that women are fighting to erase women from society.

As someone from a culture where cosleeping is the norm, and children are not pushed into their own rooms, most of children ASK for their own room and space around 8yo. Could be later but definitely by the end of primary school, nobody wants to be in the same room with their parents anymore. By western standard maybe that’s late, but I think it’s how children develop naturally. Bottom line is no body will want to be in their parents’ bed when they are teens

I have to say I'm very convinced engorgement is definitely due to not pumping enough or even at all for some. From experience with breastfeeding 3 kids all extremely different experiences but with all I was thankful with my third and currently love that I've paid attention to the Changes and advice from many influences of you tube. The over full breast will dwindle down every time that happens and please make sure to empty that out. It feels like you will lose it pumping it out but it will help stay that good if you keep taking it out.

Less than 4 and a half months till our wedding now then we can start trying. Watching videos like these are super helpful when I am trying so hard to be patient

Dying in headache. I don't feel like talking with anyone ,I don't feel like doing any work. I am trying to fast forward this pregnancy journey.

I know it's been a few years since you posted this video but I'm so glad you did. My first baby was also similar to yours for labor day 😂. My water broke, but it was gush like in the movies, and I didn't really feel anything. I was fine. I showered, took my time, we stopped and got breakfast on the way to the hospital too. My issue was how long I had to labor before I could have that epidural. I went in at 2cm and took forever to get to 6cm before I could have the epidural. Also, one difference is that my hospital actually encouraged me to eat something while laboring as long as I didn't have the epidural yet. So I ordered a bowl of Mac and cheese (so good) and then after that epidural I don't remember wanting food anyway l😅. My epidural half failed as well. I couldn't feel anything externally (they did the ice test on my back) but I was still feeling contractions internally and they were painful. However I know it didn't fully fail because the pushing was INTENSE pressure but I never felt burning or anything. Anyway, I'm TTC for baby #2 and it's so helpful to hear all of your different birth stories so I can know other possible outcomes and be prepared.
