You missed the most interesting part of the people carring the kavadis with the skewers into the body. That is when they take them out of the body. Surprisingly, there seems to be little blood coming out and the skin seems to close over the wounds.

RAMAI refers to places like Batu Caves or JlnAlor @Ramainya tempat itu. BANYAK refers to number of people @ banyak orang pergi ke Batu Caves.
