Hi my question is , currently i am working in an organisation from last 2 year and 4 month back they send me a mail of pip then after few days they said yr performance improved and after 4 month when i supposed to get appraisal money which is suppose to come on 31st aug frim april to August incremented salary also suppose to get But now 3 day back they ask me to resign without providing me anything written or on mail and now saying they will only pay my this noth salary and my leaves that's it so please suggest me what should i do what will be right for it , how much campensation mean should i ask my hr to provide me a mail where everything will be mentioned how much they agr going to pay reason behind the resignation and all please tell me ?

I am just resigned on 3 june 2023(payroll at **** bank) but not yet accepted by the manager. Manager is saying that u have to complete 3 month notice period but i dont want to serve the notice period at any cost. Try to get the offer from MNC because many of them can wait for 90 days and after getting offer put the resign and look for other offers as well. Or you can tell HR that your notice period is adjustable and you can ask for buyout after the selection if company agrees to pay the amount.

May be u can mark exit by yourself, after 2 months company stops the contribution
