Thoughts and feelings come and go. Repeated ones usually indicate something deeper, your history, your values, likes/dislikes etc. You're a survivor Val, don't give up on finding out what it means to live for yourself. Some days we will take step(s) backwards before we go forwards again. We watch you because we relate to you and want to believe in you and ourselves.

I love your videos. I find them extremely relatable. I often feel those feelings, and I am autistic as well. Like nothing brings me joy. Just want to sleep, work, and drink.

I totally understand not being able to get out of bed, especially during winter! I still force myself to get up for a job I hate (because money hahaha) and it's the same thing every day. Sleep, work, eat, sleep..and it repeats itself. Have no time to socialise, because everything drains me. I'm just lucky I have a supportive boyfriend that helps me, or my place would be a mess. You got this, you're not in survival mode alone!
