I am in my early 50’s and yes, it can be harder to make friends as you get older. I am fortunate to have a handful of girlfriends but one great way that my husband and I have met some couples our age has been at church. Our church has a Life Group and it is a weekly Bible study and we get together with about 7-8 couples each week to discuss what we are studying in the Bible but we also do some things socially. This weekend we are having a progressive dinner party and we are hosting dessert. There are numerous Life Groups within our church. It has been a wonderful experience for us!
