Legally the best results you'll get in your favour is that Bromotive changes their logo colour and font. You technically can't do anything about their name because it's not your brand name. And because the two names 'Brotomotive' and 'Bromotive' are different, chances of you getting the latter to change their logo colour and font style also decreases...

You can’t fight with everyone like there are Lenskart and LensOkart. So it doesn’t mean that Lenskart will start shouting ki aap ko ek week deta hoon change the name. Same way BrotoMotiv is your brand not BroMotive and you can’t fight for that is not your name and just looks similar to your name. I would suggest you that to avoid such cases you must take the most similar name under your brand but that will not be called as illegal. And if someone is mimicking BrotoMotiv name means you are on the right path.

Sir yahi same cheez mere sath bhi hei mere se galat cheez sehn nhi hoti aur mere sath ho toh aur nhi phir main hyper ho jata hoo. Jaise Do baar ek baar bike ke sath aur dusri baar car se ja rha tha toh log hote hei na jo right turn lena hota hei toh ek dum mod ke pass se turn lete hei(main left turn le rha hoo toh corner se turn luga aur dusra right turn toh Ucha mod ke turn lega) lekin corner se hi turn lete aur dono baar nuksaan hua( bike fall hogyi thi aur car ka bumper par scratch aa gyi). Toh car ke sathbaisa hua toh pehli baar ghar walo ne aisa hyper dekha mujhe toh papa bolne lage abse tu car nhi chlayega. Pta nhi nhi hota sehan jab galat hota hei toh.
