3 mistakes washroom on 1 st n 2nd is outside the bedroom.. most people prefer in the bedroom ,like master bedroom with washroom , and makeup area is next to washroom that doesn't look good n wardrobe is also in very conjusted area , better keep wardrobe in the bedroom , after all design n looks are good

Though elegantly designed and executed, this house has a lot of practical problems... A big NO, if you have elderly family members, who have to climb stairs to access the rooms every time. Kitchen and dining on the first floor is a very stupid and lousy planning... The person walking you through the video is over selling... What "Nazara" is he so often talking about.. Nothing great to write home about.

There is no internal construction details such as beam size, Cement, rods, brick, sand quality used , whether earth quake resistant. Fire safety , electricals, Water proofing etc
