a friendly piece of advice from one aviator to another... Remember after takeoff its always throttle, props, mixture. never reduce prop rpm without first reducing manifold pressure (throttle) as you can over boost the manifold pressure into the cylinders and cause damage to the engine block (crankcase). Especially with a turbocharged or supercharged normally aspirated engine the damage can nearly double! Remember after takeoff its always, reduction of in order (throttle, props, mixture) During a descent the order flip, flops and you would reverse the order. Descent is mixture (rich), propeller's(Full forward on the final approach fix or final leg of the traffic pattern, then throttle adjust for desired pitch and power setting for a stabilized approach. Beautiful Baron! fly safely my friend!

obrigado amigo tenho muita vontade de conhecer esse lindo pais Colombia , em relação sua pergunta, o baron é um ANV nao pressurizada e nunca ouvi falar que exista algum modelo no formato pressurizado

apesar de possuir ar condicionado o baron tem essa janelinha de ventilação para ser utilizada no solo , caso o piloto ache necessario
