Singers like Dimash and Sohyang have defined changed my perception of what is possible in the world of music. They break all the rules to suit their needs. There is also another artist out there that I think you would also enjoy! You never know what he is going to do! React to Hua Chenyu "Wukong" ftom Singer 2018. He is a very famous singer from China who has deep roots in rock. His concerts at EXTREMELY large venues sell out in a matter of SECONDS. Carl, I have watched your scholarly and astute comments about Sohyang's voice, which are followed by utter amazement at the next unexpected and stunning thing she does, in two performances now. She will continue to do this to your for as long as you follow her. There is no genre she hasn't mastered. This is my personal favorite. It is important for us to remember that, when she is performing on stage, she and her team do all of the musical, chorus, orchestra, costume, and lighting arrangements. In this respectful and stunning performance, Sohyang's musical talents, elegance, sweetness, and the matchless range and power of her voice, are all on full display. She has never looked more glamorous, and I always watch for her to smile, which is simply breathtaking.

I love seeing a proper analysis to Sohyang, there have not been any in a long time. Lungs of steal indeed. 😂 I think that was an F5? One of Sohyang's favourite notes lol. If you want to see how long she can sing for in one breath while doing vocal gymnastics you can't go past 'Arirang Alone' on Immortal Songs 2. Highly recommend reacting to that.

So Hyang is my personal favorite singer, but there are so many gifted singers out there. Lara Fabian is certainly one. Thanks for the reaction. The breakdown was great. You could either listen to So Hyang's version of the jazz standard 'Misty' from the Begin Again Concert (just her voice and a keyboard) or go Full Monty and listen to what is considered her masterpiece 'Everyone', a seven minute song of intensity and emotion. And there are many , many more. I love her acoustic version of a most recent song, an original, called 'Higher', with R&B vibes. So much to choose from because with her vocal toolbox, she can sing anything! Thanks again.

This was a masterpiece performance......wait till you Everyone by So Hyang.......even she said it was the hardest song she's ever sung!!!!!! Would love to hear you review I. U. performance of MY Sea In the Golden Hour Concert that recently came out. I U is the BIGGIST star in Korea and is loved like no other......she is singing this song in front of 100,000 fans and you can hear a pin drop. They have that much respect for her !!!!! She's is backed up by her band and full string section. It' really breathtaking.

She is the best female vocalist in this world. She is next level. One thing that's unfortunate is that Sohyang is much more touching at the concert. Of course, the song is still overwhelmingly great and you can feel the resonance of the sound. So people who listen to her songs in person at the concert feel moved and thrilled.

There is an amazing teenager from the UK who has a truly wonderful voice. Her name is Lucy Thomas, and she has done many fabulous covers of Whitney Houston and Barbara Streisand songs to mention just a few.She has also done some stunning duets with her younger sister Martha. Ideally I would love for you to do a double reaction of "Evergreen" & her duet with her sister "The Prayer." Many reactors have said she's one of the best female singers in the world. Do you guys notice that most singers sing this song which is on the peak, they could not reach that high so they used whistle. Using whistle in a song really disconnects my emotion. But Soh Yang is the only person who belts using mixed voice on the peak note A5. No one dares to come closer to her Belt and control. And Dimash can belt that high A5 too on the song of "Hello". King Dimash and Queen Soh Yang.

Ok so either people tried to tell Sohyang that no one but Whitney should do her songs and she didn't lunderstand what they were trying to say! Or she simply didn't listen cause she knew if anyone could pull it off it was her!!
