@Digby Dooright She doesn't have official channel. She barely works in commercial industry so.. we can see her performing mainly in churches and charity concerts, or some of festivals.

Fun facts for you. The entire episode was done as a tribute to Michael Bolton. Every performer did songs of his. Sohyang was already a big fan of Michael's before this episode, but Michael became a big fan of Sohyang's after this. He even invited her to perform at one of his concerts in the US.

Hey Mark! To finish Sohyang's appearances on Immortal songs please react to her duo with JK Kim Dongwuk Childish Adult. It's mostly abandoned by reactions for no reason at all, because it's amazing and has different mood and genre, also their stage presence is captivating and very energetic. And also i don't remember if you did, but there is her most recent appearance there with Raise me Up, which is a journey alongside her soul. And then you still have all performances on I am Singer 2 (Where are you, O Holy night, Fate, It's only my world, Never ending story etc) and King of Masked Singer (Mona Lisa is the most impressive, also she becomes a rap-god MC Sohyang in Day-Day :) some of them you can find live from 2018, for example Home and Hug Me). Hello! I just want to say I love your reactions and lessons. As someone who practices alone (because my parents never let me take regular singing lessons), it's really hard to say what we're doing wrong and how we can improve, but you make everything so clear and well explained! The best to me is that you explain the performance as a whole and I'm learning a lot to improve my stage presence, interactions between me-stage-music and how to behave depending of the music we will sing and our feelings coming from it. Thank you so much! I hope I can be a great and famous singer someday and I'll remember you♡

The emotion behind all her performances always gets to. Like she's call on me and I'm...sure will do *sobs I believe her. That's the most impressive part. I totally different language to the one she speaks and I believe her.

Could you saddle up a review on Diana Ankudinova,a 15-year-old girl from Russia? She is an incredible, young singer,the reverse extreme of Dimash's vocal scale. Diana's voice is amazingly low and deep for female vocals,especially for a child. The wealth of vocal techniques makes Diana a unique singer at the age of 15. One thing interesting in watching your reaction video is your focus on relating vocal/presentation techniques you draw from each performance. Your comment on action music is interesting since I often regard movement in singing as a passive reaction to the music but your remark suggests that to be part of the planning of a performance. Now to address your concerns. My comment (directed at Dr. Reynolds) was a smart aleck reply to his the other day when he said wouldn't reveal his favourite between Sohyang and Arianna. Dr. Mark, This WAS an exciting performance , but what I want to know is , at what point will all these vocal theatrics become too much and falls into the ridiculous ? Sometimes it seems these Singers try doing TOO MUCH and one starts squirming in ones seat .

Gonna be the odd man out here, but that song is just too simple and basic for all those vocal gymnastics. I'm not complaining about her ability, but her interpretation. I think a different song would be better for all those embellishments.

Somebody here commented that the singer is oversinging. I totally agree, She can hit the high notes, but it's overdone. She can add sone variations to her notes to sound softer and better. Singing is not just high notes.

This is a vocal showcase. It has her soft notes, her head voice, her riffs, her high notes and her stamina and a lot more. And she has Bolton in front of her. Of course she's flexing and showing off and "oversinging". But that doesn't mean she can't control herself. Listen to her sing Misty and slap yourself silly
