Sohyang once said, "God gave me a blessing and I am not going to waste it. I want to use my voice to connect souls". There is no truer example than this rendition of Amazing Grace during these challenging times. My favorite female vocalist of all time. Thank you for your genuine and heartfelt reaction Andy, you are one of my favorite voice teachers and reactors. More Sohyang please.

Absolutely sincere reaction of a person on the other side of the world, thank you for it. In our country we call So Hyang the CESARICA, which is literally translated as the Empress. But it got its name because CESARICA is the name of the most popular song in our language. It is a song about an ordinary woman who is so good, sensitive, beautiful and provides comfort in good and bad times that our hearts cannot survive without her. So Hyang empress of our hearts. Thank you for reaching to her! She sang I will always love you on begin again Korea live last week. It was so good too! Everyone was impressed by her! Could you maybe check out Park Kiyoung? She's insanely good but underrated. She was a rock singer but fits into pop or opera as well. She can mix extremely high. Try "Spring Rain" on immortal songs for more rock thing "Yeonan Pier" for her well known song on immortal songs And "Wound" for more rock. "a song for you" is a ballad where she proved that she has six lungs. 🥰

Always love your reaction. How can we not love this woman? In an interview, she said that she would only select songs that has inspirational and positive lyrics regardless of its popularity. She also said that she practices 300 to 400 times before releaasing the song so it touches our heart. We all know her vocal skills. But her art of delivery and interpretation of song is just mesmerizing. Personally, I wish she sings more R&B and jazz. Try her recent version of "Misty". You will love it.
