VoicePlay will be performing in the Genshin Impact concert on Sunday on KZfaq. It's a video game released last year. Each world in the video game has different kinds of music and VoicePlay will be performing one of them. HUGE honor for them that is richly deserved!

Scott Porter was the original beatboxer for VoicePlay (then known as 42Five) and Layne was the baritone. Scott left to pursue acting & Layne then decided to try beatboxing. Scott has been quite successful; one of his latest acting jobs was as a cop in the 6th season of Lucifer. VoicePlay did confirm during the live chat in the premiere today that Geoff hit a new low note for him, B0 as you said. You forgot Tony Wakim, the baritone before J. None in your list! Tony, as co-owner of Patty Productions with Layne, is still actively helping out VP & Geoff behind the scenes in many of their videos. Kudo's to the entire group on this video; I know it was a massive effort for Layne especially to put the video together. A fitting tribute to a fallen member. RIP Rek.

Voiceplayers is the correct term . Also Geoff as beat his vocal record now with a b0 sub . Meaning he either has an equal if not larger vocal range than Tim .

Scott Porter is one of the original members of Voiceplay. He was a beatboxer as well, similar to Layne's technique.

I never played Halo but my sons did. Yep, I am older than dirt. But, this is an amazing Tribute to the game and to Rek . I appreciate the combined talents of Voiceplay. Tones and voices are crystal clear and on pitch. The production and arranging is beyond greatness. Kudos. I agree QoFy they are just BEAUTIFUL

I saw a grizzly bear once. He was fishing in the shallows of a river and I came around a washed out bank about ten feet from him and promptly found out just how fast I could twist around and get the hell out. He didn't sound like that, though. He made huffing, grunting pig noises. BIG pig noises. This guy was easily the size of a car. Fortunately it was salmon season and he was more interested in what salmon tastes like than what short skinny girls taste like. Thank you or this reaction. The look on your face when you heard that base bomb was fun. lol

You do not need to apologize for the pausing. Personally, I don't mind ONE bit. I'd much rather people PAUSE than try to talk over the top of the music. Also : If people are mad about pausing, they can go to Voiceplay's video and watch it in full right there. Reactions are called reactions for a reason. If people don't want the REACTION, they can go binge the videos on VP's own page. :) And OMFG a B0!!! But, I have to say - those high notes... Eli and Cesar... YES! They did such a good job of carrying their notes like smooth velvet across the top of the beatboxing and bass line from Geoff. I really do love the combination of their voices. They are SUCH a great combination. And OMG the video editing on this to pull that off - it looks like such a simple production visually - but the behind the scenes work on editing to pull that off... wowza. I think this was an amazing tribute to their friend. Pause away, Qofy. Your heart and energy and obvious love of the material is what keeps me watching your uploads. =)

Huge kudos to you, Qofy. I appreciate your appreciation.... they are amazing on so many levels. True leaders. To me, they are # 1 in creativity, in humor (which means ya' gotta' be HUMAN first,, right?) and yes, in talent. You know more about music than I do from a technical perspective, and it's one of the reasons I subscribe to and follow you. But you're never stupid about it. And your pauses don't bother me at all. I'm bothered by reactors who try to sing with them but are off key, and louder.... by reactors who clap or click and are always off beat. You're cool. You're focused on the music, and that's why we're here. And oh, by the way.... also notice the women they've featured who are not conventionally beautiful, but have gorgeous voices and who deserve attention. These guys are a total class act. I'm a fierce fan.

I recently ran across Rockapella. “Lady Mine” and “I’m in Love With You”, I had to watch a few times. The whole time I was thinking how cool it would be if Voiceplay and Rockapella had some sort of “Rock Off” competition or collaboration. I think it would be wild and fantastic. Throw Scott Porter in the mix and I am first in line. This one was so entertaining. I love their creative talent. Love the reactions. QoFy deserves was more subs.

Everything about this is great. It was a beautiful tribute, an incredible performance, and no matter what I think, they just keep outdoing themselves over and over again. Absolutely amazing reaction, QoFy! Thank you for all the feels you took me through, from laughter to appreciation. 🤣🙏 The message, as I see it, is to play as an honour and celebration of life. When we play and have fun we're in our hearts and when we're in our hearts magic happens. I've been wondering what inspired the guys in VoicePlay to begin to play more, because it's been obvious to me these last couple of months that they've reach a higher level due to playing (it's always the reason for reaching higher levels), and the message at the end so eloquently delivered by Scott gives me the answer to it. I don't have a personal relationship with Halo, but that's not necessary to understand the greatness of this arrangement and delivery. Crazy! It's what happens when we play! 💃🥰
