i had a volleyball tournament today and i’m on the top 12s team and there aren’t a lot of our age groups so we have to play 13-15 years old and we won 1 game which is pretty good

omg your pancakes look so flawless🤩 do you have any tips on how you do it or do you just sort of not think abt it? each time i do one it just sort of never really works

It has become more of a reflex for me but the hard part is timing the contact point. Your hand has to be in solid contact with the floor when the ball hits it or you will not get the bounce. Practice throwing the ball up in front of you and go down on a knee and put your hand under it as it is about to hit the ground.

Don't rush the healing process, The biggest recovery is sometimes the mental healing. You have to overcome the fear of it happening again.

So I might play club next year, should I play in leggings or traditional spandex because I’m used to playing in shorts (I go to a religious school) and never played with either before

As a club player it really doesn’t matter for me if it’s cold outside I wear leggings, and I play libero so it’s easier to slide. But it’s personal preference

I go to a religious school too, I start the season in spandex, but in the winter I use leggings. I think both are fine
