Voltage Fighter Gowcaizer is a 1995 superhero-themed head-to-head fighting game produced by Technos Japan Corp. for the Neo Geo arcade and home console. It was the company's second attempt at a fighting game, following the Neo Geo fighting game version of Double Dragon. It features character designs by artist Masami Ōbari, who previously worked on the anime adaptations of the Fatal Fury series and would later worked on the short anime adaptation of The King of Fighters XV. Ports of the game were released for the Neo-Geo CD and PlayStation in Japan only.

lo jugaba en los arcades, en esa epoca habia buenas peleas. Sprites gigantes, la musica bien en stereo, la verdad que impactaba visualmente. Y la tematica sentai tambien muy interesante.

The staff that Karin uses is inspired by the Predator spear that extends and retracts on itself (Ki'cti-pa)

Well, ackshually, everything about Karin is inspired by Sun Wukong from Journey to the West. Sun Wukong had as his signature weapon a staff that could change size at will: enlarge to weigh several tons, or shrink down small enough to be stashed behind his ear when not in use.

Get out of here. Liefeld is just a bad artist. Obari’s work is beloved by pervy men and women. And while Liefeld was always pretty stagnant Obari is still creating popular work and creating new styles of his art.

Shaia quite hard to use, since you can't really do combos with her in the traditional sense as her normals consists of controlling ballboy to attack in various positions, and they don't really link into the next attack like traditional combos do. The best I could do was spam 3-way beamer, you'd be surprised how often the CPU falls for a move with such a huge delay (but it was the only way I could beat Platonic twin) Still can't believe this is Yumi Touma's voice, I just don't hear the resemblance, though I can still appreciate it nonetheless

@@kennaelizardo3132 "one of the worst" is different than saying "the absolute worst" Fatal Fury has not aged well, and was outdated the moment SF2 came out. Still a better game than this because it has actual good fighting game mechanics like hit detection and pacing. Samurai Showdown is a classic and one of the most innovative games on the platform. The worst Neo Geo game is probably Legend of Success Joe

Can't take that claim seriously when you think *Tough Guy* is worth playing. Especially when you have Shinoken, Fight Fever, Galaxy Fight, Riding Hero, Master of Syougi, Top Player's Golf on the system, this game is far from worst.
