The beach belongs to the people, not Government. That parking lot was built and maintained by taxpayers. You cannot charge taxpayers twice. Where are the attorneys on this?

What a way to run a way tourist. I do not have to go to Daytona and spend money. Handicap will be able to park free? State law says free parking maybe? Does everyone realize how much tax payers pay for the beach. The county is getting greedy.
