My 97 960 sedan has a non-working outside door handle on the driver's side. The outside mechanism has disconnected from the horizontal rod that actuates the release so the door can only be opened from the inside. Since the connecting point can not be seen after disassembling the panels, I could not re-connect it. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks.

What kind of glue is it appplied on that black sealing to the evaporator?? Thank you!

I used automotive gasket maker silicone because that's what I had at the moment. I'm sure there are better things to use for glueing it on.

Did you encounter a problem with the rear stop light? I just could not get one to light up consistently, changed bulb, bulb holder, etc.

Make sure the bulb holder is correctly seated. It's easy to position it wrong, happened to me with turn signal bulb

@@johannessoonik1007 I tried everything except for dielectric grease. This taillight assembly was replaced because someone hit the original one and cracked the lens. Maybe it was not OEM, thought it was since replaced by dealer.

In another brand of car, I had the same problem with the stop light bulbs. It turned out to be a faulty ground for the lamp. It was grounded to the chassis and the grounding point was rusted heavily. Cleaned it and the problem was solved.
