What kind of glue is it appplied on that black sealing to the evaporator?? Thank you!

I used automotive gasket maker silicone because that's what I had at the moment. I'm sure there are better things to use for glueing it on.

G’day mate, my son just picked up one of these 960 Volvo sedans from Tumut, a small town in NSW Australia about 2.5 hours from where we live. It has original 73,000 km and is in bloody great condition as you would expect. Have you done a heater core change yet? I would like to see that done if possible Good job 👍🏻

Luckily I have not had to replace the heter core yet. Satsmotors on youtube has a video if you wanna watch.

My 97 960 sedan has a non-working outside door handle on the driver's side. The outside mechanism has disconnected from the horizontal rod that actuates the release so the door can only be opened from the inside. Since the connecting point can not be seen after disassembling the panels, I could not re-connect it. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks.

Поздравляю с покупкой! Я сам уже почти 8 лет владею седаном с таким же мотором и коробкой, и даже продавать не хочу. Буквально на днях мне сделали капитальный ремонт мотора. Congratulations on your purchase! I myself have owned a sedan with the same engine and gearbox for almost 8 years and do not even want to sell it. Just the other day, I completed a major overhaul of the motor.

Did you encounter a problem with the rear stop light? I just could not get one to light up consistently, changed bulb, bulb holder, etc.

@@johannessoonik1007 I tried everything except for dielectric grease. This taillight assembly was replaced because someone hit the original one and cracked the lens. Maybe it was not OEM, thought it was since replaced by dealer.
