It's just amazing process to watch Volvo power train to be built ! Love it ... I wish if I can visit a factory where FH is built in Sweden ? Respect Volvo from Volvo driver - Mike

I like it that the engines get painted! That's kind of old school and very sympathic!

It's also a very good way for the dealers to find out if the engines have been tampered with in any way, thus voiding the warranty.

It is refreshing that a country as small as Sweden recognizes that having a vital manufacturing sector is essential to the wellbeing of not only the economy as measured by Gross National Product but the wellbeing of the population who can take pride in their manufacturing prowess; Volvo is certainly leading the way with their truck manufacturing facilities. All too often North American manufacturers are selling off 'lock, stock & barrel' the means of production. We are becoming a nation of warehouses and logistics managers selling to a diminishing group of workers who can least afford the products being offered on our burgeoning store shelves. Abundance can't be measured at the cash register only.

@Marc Goodman Greetings from Sweden. You are absolutely correct, Sweden is a small country - approx 10 million people live here. Geographically we are quite big if you compare to many other European nations, but we are indeed a very small country compared to the USA, Canada, India or China for instance :-)
