If you flying wing has a rudder. Use opposite rudder, so if you spinning to the left use right rudder. Allow the plane to fall a little (if you have the altitude) gain some air speed then just lightly add throttle and pull out of it. First thing is first, stop the spin, then gain air speed. finally throttle out and recover.
