I'm not sure what you mean but if you're asking if you can still buy Frostbite you cannot it might be a bug or glitch but I wouldn't buy it since all the drama from the first time they tried selling it.

None at all, I didn't do anything that would warrant a votekick just the TA was salty (that room isn't technically a "spawn room" either, he just said that to make the votekick seem actually legit)
