oh i thought the time of the doctor figure set was coming out early October im kind of relieved to know its coming at the end...why am i relieved by that?

I'm sticking with the 3.75 inch scale for all my Series 7 onward figures, but this looks like a great set for people who aren't as keen on the new scale as I am.

I haven't bought Doctor Who figures since the Matt Smith's Regeneration Set in 2010 (with the exceptions of Amy Pond & River Song). The paint apps have really gone down as has the sculpt - when did we get ball-jointed shoulders?

Perhaps pieces from this set could be used to create the 12th doctor as seen in 'deep breath'...

Oswin's legs look really weird. But with articulated bare legs and arms, figures always do. Figma are probably my favorite figure company, because they make figures with lots of detail and lots of seamless articulation. They usually make Anime figures though and I don't really watch that much Anime. They have made some video games related figures but I think it would be cool if Figma made some Doctor Who figures, but that would probably never happen as I believe they are a Japan based company.

You know, I really wish they would come out with a 12 doctors action figure set at some point, and for the the love of god, with this shoulder outward articulation! I hate it when you can't bend the arms of an action figure outward and the current figure set that I'm talking about knows that lack all to well.

There is a small mistake in the costume of the Doctor. In the episode he wore a bow-tie not a normal tie.. Oh Character Options.. Please look at the details..

I think Oswin is too tall because, compared to the Doctor, Clara is about a foot shorter.

As figures go these days there is absolutely no excuse for releasing such poor quality merchandise as the ones shown here. Not exactly Side Show quality are they. The fans should rise up and demand the accuracy and quality they deserve.

Oswin is far to tall to be in scale with the eleventh doctor and the other female companions. Jenna Coleman is quite short in reality only 5 foot 2.
