Refused to apply style from '' because its MIME type ('text/html') is not a supported stylesheet MIME type, and strict MIME checking is enabled. (this is what i saw when i tried to inspect my webpage currently im trying to put background image using css and its not working.)

How did you get the "show live server preview" option? I have installed both the live server and the browser preview addons , but the closesst I can get to this is manually copying the address from the browser window popup into the in-app browser window....

Sure, i forgot to explain how you can access to this option, press F1 and then type the Show Live Server Preview and that enable the VSCode preview...

You can install Bracket Pair Colorizer and customize the extension, in the details of the extension at the final, you have an example for html. Regards

If didn't work IntelliSense extension, then reinstall it and try again, sometimes in the first load of vscode after installing extensions and restarting, vscode need to charge all the extensions installed to recognize them correctly.

@@CodeWithSam - Seems I got the issue. I saw something on my bottom right of vs code.. instead of using HTML, it was using Django-HTML, so I changed the language to html, Boom everything is working fine now. Not sure why "Auto Detect" did not worked.

Normally you save the file after finishing code, or if you want to stop dev you can save, but there isn´t a rule about it, its about how do you like it.

They apply when you save your file, you can configure the autosave option in the VSCode configuration, if the changes won't apply then you can reinstall the extensions and reopen your VSCode
