How you scale your #business is dependent on your mindset.
Unlock Your Business Potential with the 5 Levels of Success
Professional: professional who gets 10 strangers to become clients. Also defined as product-market fit.
Self-employed: professional is the operational magic in the business. Build and deliver operating model. Scaling the skillset of the founder.
Business Owner: The professional is the operational driver of the business. Starts to scale the business to multiple access points, stores, or branches. Start to develop a management team, but the management structure is flat. Scaling the mindset of the founder.
Entrepreneur: Business owner focuses their energy on developing a culture that is supported by strong, robust processes to enable the business to scale. Focus also extends to defining a strong vision for the business that transcends profits together with a clear strategy and aligning that strategy with plans (short-term incentives). Developing a framework to build institutional trust.
Founder: The entrepreneur has successfully built a business that can operate without their daily direction. Focuses their energy on creating a legacy, building an exit plan, succession planning and scaling trust.
Join our @schoolofscale_ to learn how my team can help you scale your dreams & scale your business. You will be mentored by me personally. Get a Founders board to walk the path you and scale.
Let’s work together to inspire and motivate each other to reach our full potential.

You are a lost cause. After all those comments about South Africans through me, this here proves your envy and heart purely made from... Not even gonna go there. Here's a fact about your deleted HIV comment. HIV actually does affect your brain. It would've been a smart diss if you actually knew the facts about your master's disease that he delivered to us through people like you. And by us, I mean Africans. Scooping down to the level of using HIV as an insult is terrible coming from something that has an African ancestor. Now who's the sellout? When HIV evolves into AIDS, it causes all kinds of madness in the brain. I'm starting to believe you are self-reflecting.
@johnorji360

@Too ODD Ent So HIV evolves into AIDS and it then affects your Brain. 😂😂 You went round the bush just to stress that HIV has to actually graduate into AIDS before the brain collapses. I see. At least I didn't do too bad considering it's been long I left school for kids like you. Are you not just stupid?!! You consulted "Prophet" Google and now came on here to act like you scored A1 in your biology class when your family members know it's an F9. I was not making some medical point. I am only attacking your stupidity of using Boko Haram as insult to Nigeria. Now, you see how that looks. Double standard hypocrite. You can screenshot this too since that's the only Android feature on your phone that you know how to use. 🤣🤣🤣🤣

You are just a crybaby trying to buy some sympathy vote so anyone who comes on here will think I am dissing South Africa. You are just some cheap devious clown. Everyone sees through your cheap game of divide and antagonize tribal blackmail you play. I have got S.A Business associates so I can never diss S.A. Let me reiterate again to anyone reading this that I am only dealing with your stupidity. I don't want to go the bigot route you are trying to push these whole conversation to. I know it's very lame to keep referring to a past that is unchangeable, but it really does take a change of mindset, the willingness to learn, especially unlearning old patterns of thinking and doing things. Jesus says: "Repent by the renewal f your mind!' to move forward It takes those who have seen the light to to bring light into darkness You are that light and thanks God for people like you There is hope!!!! BRAVO! I love that besides his excellent insight, wisdom and high level executive perspective he's attained through study and experience, he regularly emphasizes helping those who are still stuck in our communities from where we came. These are universal principals that work everywhere. Thinking as a collective is something people who look like us have been systematically, and psychologically hindered from doing. Now however, we are seeing a wave of change of mindset and I'm glad this is not exclusive to the U.S. but is a global movement. Exciting times to live it indeed! This man and others like him are the spark the world needs to get up and stay up building and leaving a pristine legacy for our children and great grandchildren. LESGO!
