Gangrels are wild loners that are the most in tune with the Beast within, allowing them to shapeshift to more beastly forms.Nomadic in nature, Gangrels care little about politics & prefer to dwell & hunt in the outskirts of society.Because of their animalistic nature they receive a +5 to strength,stamina & wits during frenzy.

Gangrel are actually very powerful, the have the physical prowess of a wolf, like a werewolf and vampire in one! So cool!

Protean is really a bad discipline in this game. Gangrels are best played as tanky Merle casters(animalism)

It's amazing how this game was made in 2004, and it shows games like the Prototype and Dishonored series the fuck up. I know, I know... Those games were made by people who had no clue how to implement powers as something other than a gimmick, which is why they made you over reliant on like one or two, while everything else is just there to look cool going full GTA for your livestream, but I just wanna point out that games like this should have become the template. Maybe if it did, we wouldn't have shit like Dishonored and Prototype as the template. It's like developers don't even wanna use a format where you have a limited power set, and you have to learn to strategize it, like Infamous... Just one power that's a crutch, and everything else is there to look cool... Or in Dishonored's case, as cool as something can look in that goofy-ass art style.
