literally just started looking into Vtubbing, and it really intrigues me, I loved animaze, until I found out it was a monthly subscription, which totally sucks, but I have been watching your videos, and Vtuber sounded good, but when I went to stream, everything was a charge, and then monthly charge to boot, so that put me out, and had no interest in that, but wakaru has actually worked for me so far, but I know I will be wanting more, in the way of motion capture and movement, i will definately want hand tracking

hello! i did what ou said but when its time for my webcam, it says integrated camera and nothing shows up but when i go to camera on my pc it works fine

This is sometimes due to another software trying to use your webcam.. like obs? So make sure obs isnt using it... if you still have issues id try using another software and seeing if the issue still remains... If you still have issues after that please join my discord and DM me... I will do my best to assist

So on my console streaming video you mainly do that.. so setup your software on your pc... Install the app for your console on the pc and stream like normal from the pc

somehow it doesnt track my mic, since i dont use a webcam i wanted the lip sync but its not working and i already put it as device. any help? :/

yes for sure! When that happens you want to re-open the program in admin mode and make sure your default mic on your PC is set to the proper mic... Also since you mention that you dont use a webcam... consider using VMagicMirror instead... Hello, please help! I dont see a scene editor on the toolbar. It puts my avatar on a desk in an office. I cant get rid of the desk and the only way i can get a greenscreen up is to import an image onto the scene. Please help! :(

So what you need to do is get them into a program called blender... From there make sure they have the necessary bones and emotes... Once thats done export them as a .vm... Argama and Fofamit have videos on how to do something similar! Hope this helps! If no please join my discord and someone in my community might have the answer!

So I download Vtuber Maker and Vtuber Editor, I want to customize really badly, so I check their website and it says more options if you pay $3.90? Does this mean if I get the membership that I can make the avatar anyway I want? I'm new to this myself and this is the best program I could find.

I just can't get the tracking to be as good as you showed, is the room lighting effecting it or what because the Camera and Mic work just fine

Lighting can for sure affect it! I say a small ring light is enough but varies from camera to camera... If you wish join my discord and we can trouble shoot some more

They literally paywalled most of the functional features behind a monthly subscription. Also, they are going to be tiering their monthly subscription based on stream income from their site as well. The current tier is $3.90 US per month if you stream and get less than 2k income. With a next tier coming soon (tm) at $39 US a month. That one is greater than $10K monthly stream income. So I guess $2,001 to $9,999 are just fucking boned and will be CR struck. Which I guarantee they will do. Plus the tier is offering "New features". No explanation on what those "features" will be. It's copyright strike trolling. I guarantee it. Why? I would pay for it, but I will not pay for it as a service. Give me an option to buy the software not a bloody monthly license fee. I want to own what I buy, not own the access (that can be cut off at any time on their end) to what I buy. There is no reason for the third party login either. The functionality is on my end, and then I load into twitch/discord etc. It's not like they are my internet service provider, or steam, or the streaming service where to do basic functions I need access to offsite architecture. Staying with Vroid and my editing software. edited to clarify.

I'm very disappointed they went this route.. I know the devs check this comment section from time to time so thank you for writing this :) but yes it's skummy what they've done and I will be making an update video for this in the near future... The devs for sure went the wrong way with this software

i have a question a friend of mine made me a model on vriod and we both dont know how im able to get and use the model what im thinking what is the same thing as exporting and importing for obs just in the avatar saves location altho i am unaware if that could work and wanted to see if there was already a way for that to work

If your friend made you a made in vroid, all your friend will need to do is send the .vrm file to you... You can then import it into any 3D vtubing program of your choosing.. once you import you can then add it to OBS.

So the avatar maker source you right click it and hit filters and then add the crop filter... The adjust the left and right until black bars are gone

When it doesn't track that means it isn't tracking your webcam properly... Are you able to download a program called 3tene (I have a video for it on my page) and see if it tracks with that? (Trying to rule out software issue)

So if you look up free vrm models or free vrchat models you can find lots of furry ones... The vrchat models you will have to convert for vtubing but it's a quick and simple process

heya! At the 5:38 I show you how to import your avatar... As mine is not below the 50GB it will not upload, but I show you all the steps required to upload it... If you avatar is above the upload limit you can try using another piece of free software called Vseeface :)

nope all are good to go last time I read through their terms of service... I suggest that maybe you read through their terms and service as well to make sure they meet your needs but from what I remember they are ready for streaming. Just dont use them for merch or anything like that

its far from a quick process to rig a 2d model... that is why I give out free 3d models over 2d... alot less that needs to go into them

Yes for sure. You can use vroid studio... It's a free vtubing model maker... You can create any you like... Also VUP has many free non anime style vTube models you can use! This is the VUP setup video

I use obs using nvenc with 30k but rate... And vseeface as the software for vtubing

if you edit the model inside of an editor like blender then yes.. from the software no... They did have a small skin tone changer but for me didnt seem like it worked too well

Not with one software .. you have to use two pieces of software at this time... I have heard that some might do dual avatars... If you only have one webcam tho and need another... You could use your phone (epoch camera for apple, and droidcam for Android)

Funny you ask that! I just made a video coming out in two weeks for that rofl but I won't make you wait... So I got 2 available avatars in my discord right now that you're more than welcome to use... You can also go to the website called vroid hub who have a lot of free models to use! Also applications Vtuber maker(the video you are watching now) and VUP have free models built in them

one cannot use these avatars professionally, they are all copyrighted created by some artist, so one has to design their own avatars and then use it and not use someone else property as their own videos, you can just play around with these avatars else anyone using their avatars will get copyright strike...

The avatars are comissioned by the company tho I do have free models that can be used available in my dsicord :)

That usually happens when it can't see your webcam... Try testing your webcam and make sure it works.. then reboot your pc and try again. If it doesn't work let me know
