@@TwanvanLexmond @Twan van Lexmond some 206 have the excats same features as a 207.. especialy the 206+... same engine, same radio system ... all of it Until they started making VTI's ... what a bad idea that was! Im happy mine is a 2006 model... what i lack in turbo, i make up with 16 valves and a timing belt that doosnt run truw oil... Your 206 was mostlikely the same

i don't know if you already have a car but probably you do by now. i can really recommend the peugeot, i have a 207 1.6 vti myself for about 7 month now and i am really happy with it. i can launch it, i can drive 190km/h on the autobahn, it has a reasonable consumption and over all, for a small car like that, this thing beats a lot of other cars in aspects like motor-soundcheck (its really loud), sound when you play music and the comfortability you have in it. i hope this helped you a little bit if you want to buy a new car or dont have one yet!

@@connorjayobama Are all of the Peugeots 207 with the BMW Prince engine? I've read that some 207 Peugeots have only French engine. I wonder what engine my 207 has, its number starts with KFU and then digits. I've recently bought a 4/5 doors black 207, 88 hp, petrol only. So I'm really worried about the engine, cause I've read that the Prince engine is not good at all. And besides, seems like the electronics of 207 is problematic. Seems like I shouldn't have gotten a 207.

@@vangelova7443 No, only the vti 1.6 is in collaboration with bmw, yours is french engine, but apart from some problems, yours is pretty good and cheap

A very informative and cool review of some facts that most of 207 owners are not aware of. :-) I've got a '09 207 CC myself. So I knew most of it. Funny, but I've bought mine as the 3rd owner of the car. Well taken hand of. But the issue is that my mother has a 1.6 HDI, she bought it new. But it have exactly the same date of first registration in Norway as mine. Funny?? But there are some more about this date, 29 May 2009. It is also my nephew first birthday. He was born in 2008. A coinsurance? Perhaps! ;-)

The gas pedal clicks to 100% when you want to kickdown in case of emergency on the speed limiter mode :)

I bought this thing as a cabriolet for my gf and I must say it's a fun little sh!tbox with the 120 HP engine. Driving around with the roof open is fun because this car does not draw any (negative) attention at all.

Haha mine was leaking into the boot because the pipe came loose so I was looking for a sprayer on the back window then realised it come from the top brake light very clever design

It's 2023. I have a 2012 207 peugeot and i live in brazil. It's the best car i have ever had (i had newer volkswagen and chevrolet ones) an i am impressed on how cheap it is for all the features it brings. South american peugeot 2017 doesn't have any of the features you showed in this video, and it even looks different. But, it has so many features south american cars same age doesn't even thought of having in years, makes me think peugeot is the brand i'll buy it doesn't matter the year ou the money i have. I dream about the day i'mm change my 2012 207 for a new 208 with saber teeth.

Funny how well optioned those could get. I just acquired a 2006 1.4 16v with the engine still on a belt. Compared to yours it's like a horse drawn carriage, with the only options being ABS, TC, immobiliser and electric windows. Great little car though, way less stuff to break than on yours. Good work presenting your Peugeot!

I got a 1.4 envy hdi as my first car a few months ago, it has the whole bluetooth and ac options but the glove box is tiny and doesnt have cooling but i do love it

I'll give you some numbers: 0-100kmh 1.6hdi: 12 seconds 1.6 gti: 7.5 seconds 400m 1.6hdi: 18 seconds 1.6 gti: 15 seconds Daily use GTI isn't that much faster but on race track and drag races its a big difference

That’s not entry level it’s a probably full speced 207 GTI and when it came out brand new couldn’t be considered a cheap car…..

The one that gets a green light going is the anti blinding mode, if lights from cars on the rear reflect on the rear view mirror it goes blue ish so it doesn't blind you

I do NOT like that coolant feature that won't circulate coolant until engine temps get up there. Ok, here's a problem...you're driving your car, engine gets up to temp...but the system to let the coolant flow malfunctions. Overheated car in a HEARTBEAT. An with little engines like these, that could easily *#%$ up the motor quick-fast.
