We have been getting a lot of questions about the status of the new 15-round aluminum magazines. Hopefully, this video will answer some of those questions and keep you in the loop as to the status of this project.

Not trying to add any pressure, but every day this takes, the more shooters are going away from Vudoo. With mine I was seeing a failure to feed with the polymer magazine at least once a match. Some matches, there would be 2-3… and these were not just minor as they were dropped shots. It was a minor annoyance at the beginning, but with the sport becoming more competitive a dropped shot due to equipment failure is just not acceptable. It really looks bad on Vudoo when your logo wearing sponsored shooters are dropping shots in matches for feed issues. I have put a lot of time and money into the Vudoo, and I personally think that Vudoo needs to make this right with its customers. Expecting us to pay an additional $100+ per magazine for their design mistake to give us a feature we had not requested (15 round) is a bit short sighted on a business model. Many of us would have been happy with a magazine that just feeds well. My recommendation is give us a working 10 round with an option path for a 12 or 15 at a later date…

Can you please release a 10 round mag (sooner rather than later) with an adjustable mag catch? Not all of us have (or want) a chassis/stock with an adjustable mag catch. Your polymer magazines are not as reliable as you seem to believe they are. Not trying to be rude but I’m incredibly annoyed with the feeding issues. I’ve tried 3 different chassis/stocks (including the Grayboe my action shipped with) and they have all sporadically screwed me over at critical moments in a match. I’d settle for a more reliable 10 round magazine while you get the 15 round magazine figured out.

Thanks for the update. I think communication with products like these is huge as many are likely waiting for this to come out. I can also appreciate the mention on the diverting of attention to pistols which is good to know is not the case. I felt like the pistols was the big thing and the 22 stuff which got them on the map was forgotten. Good to know its not.

They look great. Can you just make a 10 round version and sell it to me please.

I'd rather just have a 12 rounder. Hardly ever have stages for prs that have more than 10. Is there a big demand for 15 rounders?

Last NRL X match I shot had a average round count of 16.

A 12 that always works is far better than an iffy 15 any day. 10 and 12 should be the priority. Funny thing is Håkan Spuhr made a cheap 15 mag that works great adapting an existing 15 mag that is cheap in a sleeve.

So the spring is the target for the 15 rounders, when is the rough estimate of when the L3i ones might be coming out?

Good day. I have a question when the new magazines will be on sale. thank you for answer

did Vudoo give up on this?

I would rather you focused on getting a functional 10 and 12 round mags. Saying the polymers are ok tells me you are completely out of touch with our users. I have two vudoos and both have issues.

Lastest Gen 2 version of the L3i mags have very cheap/weak springs. If you load 14 rounds the spring can get tangled and it is very easy to replicate the problem. I did remove the bottom of the magazine and untangle the spring. My recommendation is not to load more than about 10 rounds. I expect more out of a $75 magazine. Pretty lousy customer service from L3i as well.
