Being in a long distance marriage and waiting for my Canadian visa approval took a toll on my emotions. This video contains the unfiltered, raw, vulnerable moments I experienced.
Waiting for something you really desire is not an easy process, I know it comes with a roller coaster of emotions! On some days you’re good, on some other days you can’t just take it anymore!
I hope this video serves as a voice of encouragement and hope to you as you go through your waiting period, I hope this video reminds you that there are happy endings that can be found through Jesus.

I cried throughout this video , it’s really hard for me because I have the same story as you , my husband left exactly 1 month after marriage and a week before he was going to leave I found out I was 3 weeks pregnant, I cry all the time and most times I’m just angry and tired , trust me this video was beautiful to watch and very inspiring, I’m going to also start documenting my waiting period so I can look back and see God can really be trusted . I’m also trusting God to come back to this video and testify that God also did it for me

I and my husband got married in July 2023 and he traveled to Canada in August 2023 . It hasn't been easy for me here in Nigeria alone doing life without him. I am still trusting God for my visa approval so I can go join him. Watching this video just gave me hope again because this is exactly what I am going through at the moment. I trust God my visa will be approved in December 2023 and I will definitely come back here to drop the update. Thanks for making this video 🥰

I was also in my waiting period for 10months. I was heavily pregnant infact 2days to delivery when my husband travelled to Uk. It wasn’t easy but i thank God i have reunited wt him now wt my two kids. God is faithful .

Congratulations.🎉 So happy for you. I can totally relate. I got married July 2022 and my husband traveled August 2022. Just a month interval. The day he traveled my mother-in-law slept at my house because the crewed my eyes out 😂. My visa got approved in October and I traveled to join him November. To everyone going through this phase, God will help you and speed up the process.

THANK YOI JESUS!!!! We all felt the pressure..There were times I cried too and it was definitely one of my top prayer points and I trusted God too.. God is good.. My prayer point was not that you should get it cause I knew you already did!!! My prayer was that God gives you the strength to get through… Thank you Jesus for my sister!!!

Congratulations Sis. Yes, God is good. I did 3 and half years, and it was crazy crazy; Rollercoaster x3. I started to pray for all the visa officers and IRCC join. But I felt the hand and love of God most in those times. I grew alot too. God encouraged me greatly and surrounded me with so much love. At the end, it gets beautiful and it's worth it. But I encourage anyone I know to avoid it if they can. Congratulations again!

You know the crazy thing about this is that I can relate but in my case it's my friends and family who relocated. Some days the loneliness hits like a brick and it's just so hard and gloom and the days I'm happy I wish I could share those moments with them. By God's grace I'll get the opportunity to relocate when God says the time is right, soon hopefully.

Long distance relationship/marriage isn’t spoken about loudly enough. It’s a journey of trust and faith in God and your partner. My partner just left last month and omo, the feeling is unexplainable. My heart broke into pieces as my baby waved me Goodbye. I cried like never before but day by day I remind myself of the promises of God.

Congratulations to you both. I was in a long distance marriage too for 18 months. This was in 1997 when I came with my first pregnancy. It took him 18 months to join me but I took our daughter to meet him when she was 8 months. Eventually he got his residency and joined me. It was hard.
