I paused this video 5 times because I thought my neighbors dog kept barking at 12:30 am. Every time I stopped it the barking wasn’t happening haha it was the video

Good points! Pays to tack it first, hang the door. Also do one at a time!

The last thing I check is the gap between the bottom A to B pillar (951mm IIRC). Provided this is correct you can then twist the door aperture square as required. I read this is what the factory did on occasion. Before breaking out the hydraulic ram though confirm the door hinges are good and not sagging.

Useful tips. My bug is still up on its wooden dolly and waiting it’s heater channels to be replaced. I’ve procrastinated about it for 2 years nearly as I’m nervous about buggering it up……
