FYI. Make a shim with the correct holes drilled from 18 gauge sheet metal. Place it on the lower door hinge.

Love easy and beautiful mods like that. I am about to take my doors off for paint, I am worried about re-alignment (I have a late bay).

Totally agree, already having anxiety over reinstalling and aligning doors after paint.

Dude, that hurt to watch. Reamers are slow tools needing lots of nice cutting oil to keep them clean and correctly sized.

It grab and pulled, did have much choice using hand tools. Anyhow, was a one time use reamer for us, and it did the job well.
