It's a hate it or love it thing and a generational thing.. most the older generation love their paint and the younger guys are patina heads 😁 Also on classic trucks and VW's patina vehicles normally outsell painted variations.. always true in the VW world exception in the classic truck world is if it's $100k and up custom chassis, LS, etc, etc..

i think your right about the young guys....i had a 64 in 1997 that I couldnt paint so i can understand it...i like it when they put a clear coat on it ....cant wait to see how it turns out @@R9Garage
