Thanks, more than happy to share my experience. How much did it costed? You didn't needed to remap the ECU?

It was about 300€ with the new nozzles adjusted and mounted on the injectors. No need for a remap. It's only 1 size up. From what I've read it's about 20 hp more. Adjustment of the injection pump might be needed. There is info if you search "hammer mod". My IQ number was 6.5 when I checked from VCDS. They say 3-5 is recommended. People say that the gasket easily develops a leak when disturbed and my car is 1998 so I bought a new gasket if/when I will do the adjustment.

@@juusoristo354 is it smoking from the exhaust pipe? I reckon it's cheaper simply to remap? For how long you are driving with these nozles?

@@Gadomaitis Not smoking. I've only had them on for a couple 1000km but the economy is great, at least when driving long distance. I think it's fairly common to fit upgraded nozzles to a TDI without a remap. With a small enough increase you don't get the overfueling that results in smoke in the exhaust. Around here a remap can cost 500€ or more. By changing the nozzles you have brand new ones that should last many hundred thousand kilometers. And many tuners don't do oldschool chip tuning(desolder chip from ECU, solder a socket, burn a new chip - it requires more than just coding skills) here in Finland. Just by OBD port. Is the situation different in Lithuania(Im guessing you live there right)?

@@Gadomaitis I think the most important thing is that the injectors are pop tested and adjusted after fitting bigger nozzles. If the opening pressures are off, they will not work correctly.

Thanks, summer is here, bad thought are gone! It's from petrol, in my westy I have tacho from diesel. There are videos, how I had connected both of them and this one runs from ECU. It's 81 kw AFN engine, but I accidentally found chip tuned ECU and I loved how it performs. If you need help about the tacho, feel free to text me, contacts in chanels about section

And if it starts to slip I can use sachs sre pressure plate as I am using in my caddy mk1.

Hi. I can try to find them. The nose of startermotor needs to be grinded a bit and clutch operation rod needs to be longer. I have done this from a bolt.

My biggest concern was the clutch slip, it was supposed to be 81 kw, but I think it is over 100 kw with chip tunned ECU. I thought it would eliminate the slip and I was wrong.

So far it's OEM size, you recon I need a bigger one? yes, it's the same size, I'm thinking, the angle of the oil drain is too big, it supposed to be not bigger than 15 degrees? Oil pressure supposed to be the same, as engine oil pressure? thanks.

@@Gadomaitis the angle looks fine on video. altho you are right, sharper angles can slow down the flow. did you check the flow itself? also, I cant tell about the height. is the turbo higher than the oil level in engine? good luck!
