Күн бұрынBusaru.com - It's time to finish some of the smaller items in the Subaru Vanagon engine swap. Gauges and critical to monitoring your engine swap so it's a good idea to either run physical gauges, or if you have OBD2, a scan gauge or app based gauges.
I use this iOS based app: itunes.apple.c...
And you'll also need an ELM 327 WiFi transmitter like this one: www.amazon.com/...
You can find them for cheap on eBay as well.
In a Westfalia, a fix is needed so that the alternator charge light shows correctly. Here is a link to the wiring diagram that I use to fix the alternator light issue:

Works on the 99 legacy outback as of this morning 8/19/2020...some OBD scan (hand held) tools don;t give real time data on

What 5 pin relay do I need. I have an 85 also. I can't find the dam blue wire in that mess

Nice work, may I ask how much the fuel consumption changes with the motor swap? What is the actual consumption with the 2.5lt?

I average low 20’s in my personal bus with a 2.2. I didn’t notice much difference in the 2.5 swaps that I’ve done.
