Андрей Попов 18-я симфония фа мажор KV130 завершает тройку "майских" симфоний Моцарта. Я уже говорил, что однажды в мае 1772 года Амадей одним росчерком пера сварганил сразу три симфонии - 16, 17 и 18. То, что симфония майская, можете убедиться сами. Уже Главная партия 1-й части напоминает сцену в курятнике на фоне птичьей многоголосицы. Птицы всех мастей радуются теплу, солнцу, травке, и тому, что осень не скоро ещё, когда их будут считать и подумывать о венских шницелях и киевских котлетах. Так что, время веселья, любви и пьянок. А вторая часть уже не про птиц, а про людей. Но у людей то же самое - мечтания, влюбляния... ой... влюбления? Не знаю, как сказать. Короче, не вздохи на скамейке. Хотя, тут именно вздохи. Красивая медленная часть. Но тут ещё и менуэт есть! Хороший. И финал. Вообще, симфония, как жанр, у Моцарта растёт на глазах во всё более нечто значимое. Эта продолжительностью уже более 20 минут и драматургически очень ловко выстроена.

Anonymous painter. Supposedly a portrait of Mozart from 1780s, according to Hampel Auctions, Munich.

@@Sshooter444 Actually the autograph in Mozart's handwriting survives in Berlin. It is distinctive, in the unusual key of F plus the first of his 4 symphonies using four horns.

Actually he wasn't. A childhood bout with smallpox left him scarred and disfigured. All the surviving portraits of him downplay or altogether omit the hideous disfigurements, giving a false impression of what he really looked like.

@@jasonhurd4379 "Hideous disfigurements" seems a little dramatic. His death-mask shows that he looked just fine.

Nah it's the other way around, at 15 Beethoven was picking his nose, where as Mozart was writing this.
