Beautiful. Despite your voice being that of a soprano and not mezzo, I can say you're close to a perfect Cherubino! This youthful approach is much needed in big opera houses.

Cherubino can and has been sung by both sopranos and mezzos, just like Mignon, which of course isn't the trouser role. Octavian and Komponist has also been sung by sopranos and mezzos

In questo video c'è la nuova gioventù. Ci sono due cantanti promettenti. Anche se in questa scena il protagonista è Orellana con il suo Cherubino, non distogliamo lo sguardo e aguzziamo le orecchie anche per la soprano Garcia, non ha una brutta voce. Ottimo recitativo, bravi anche a far partecipe il pubblico. Non è cosa scontata. L'aria è cantata molto bene, voce fresca e rapida in alcuni punti. Ottima tecnica! Bravo Orellana!! Spero di rivederti in altri concerti. In this video there is the new youth. There are two promising singers. Even if in this scene the protagonist is Orellana with her Cherubino, we don't look away and we sharpen her ears for the soprano Garcia too, she doesn't have a bad voice. Excellent recitative, also good at involving the public. It is not a foregone conclusion. The aria is very well sung, fresh and quick voice in some places. Great technique! Bravo Orellana !! Hope to see you again in other concerts.

Dennis, I like your version very much, with the embellishment at the end, I'd have done a cadence down or arpeggio down, it would have been less awkward.
