Such a touching story indeed. If you look at Lukes face you can clearly see this was very important for him and his musical career. Still one of my favorite producers and live electronic acts. Thanks mister Vibert!

Luke Vibert’s Big Soup has and always will have a massive place in my heart. It singlehandedly turned me on to the weirder side of electronic music, and remains, for me, his best album.

First tune i heard was fly hawaii... for years in my head i thought luke was a middle aged, heavyset bald guy wearing a hawaiian shirt who had some groove...lol , kinda miss having that imagery

2 super nice guys for the price of one! bumped into Luke in a club back in the late 90s, he was totally made up after finding a green vinyl copy of Pack Jam by the Jonzun Crew which he dropped later when DJing, totally genuine & nice guy
