в горных районах снег выпадает рано, порой даже в октябре. всё зависит от капризов погоды конечно. а так, стандартно выпадает в ноябре, ближе к концу ноября

In Italy there is a similar dish (involitini) which is stuffed with bread crumbs, herbs, garlic, pine nuts and raisins. You version looks very good and I will try to make it. Thanks Chef Frank
