You never see an upturned nose do you? I don't speak the language, but I bet there are no kids saying "errr, yuck! Don't put pineapple on this!!" or so MANY other things I could think of that the children in my town might say, with a total sense of entitlement (yes, I'm parent of many years). These children show up, play football (little kids don't get mowed down by big kids, within reason) then eat with gusto handing the stuff around. It's probably the fresh mountain air, but it could be a lot of other things as well......

You are an inventor as far as kitchen/cooking utensils are concerned. You are such a resourceful and practical man. Very impressive! And then the cooking, the food, the environment and the sound of children's voices. The food must have been absolutely delicious. I have never seen pineapple being cooked in a tandoor. Good idea!
