The FOUNDERS of Crips and Bloods were largely from the south.. Texas, Louisiana, Arkansas, etc.. Going back home for reunions and leaving LA when things got too crazy, it’s no surprise that the gangs spread. Hell there are sets in the south that are older than some of the sets in LA
